This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Let me first say the sign for my daughter’s wedding was perfect ! I had to reach out for extra piece to make it longer & they sent it to me free of charge. Fast forward a year later & the newlyweds are ready to hang the sign in their home but have lost a connecting piece to plug it into the wall. I contacted Echo Neon with no receipt, no date of purchase, ( I had a new email at this point) & within 2 hours they responded with my order number & how to go about getting the missing part !!!! I cannot sing enough praise for their quick, positive response!! I will gladly recommend this company & purchase again for our next wedding ❤️🙌

I'm editing my review to reflect the experience I had most recently with this company.I had an issue initially that was not resolved and gave them a poor rating. I had a neon sign that was not working and their initial response was poor, but upon writing a review the experience I had was excellent. They replaced my sign after a barrage of troubleshooting steps that did not solve the original issue. Based on my most recent experience I'm giving them 5 stars for the speed and manner in which my original issue was resolved.I was asked by the company to update my review to reflect my most recent experience and I agree that is fair, however updating my review was not required for resolution of the issue, and the company didn't ask me to consider changing my review as any part of the repair/replacement process, and it wasn't until my issue was fully resolved that I was asked to consider updating it to reflect my most recent experience, which I am happy to do.

So happy to find this company. We created our own custom sign for our pool room and are delighted with how it turned out! We added the remote feature which is great for dimming the light to our preferred brightness! Hubby built a box behind the Sinatra picture to house the cords so everything looks very custom! It arrived extremely well packaged and with zero damage. Just plug and play! Fantastic experience!

I got a quote from a couple different L.E.D. Neon sign companies and Echo Neon came in with the best price and most options. All communication was smooth and when the sign arrived a couple weeks later, it looked better than I had imagined. Whether lighted or unlighted, in the daylight or in the dark, it looks amazing. I got the dimmer switch as well and recommend the addition as it's helpful to get the exact light intensity you want. I most highly suggest considering Echo Neon for your L.E.D. neon sign needs : )

We ordered a custom sign for the lobby of our clinic and could not be happier with the quality and design! We previously ordered a cheaper neon sign off Amazon and it caught on fire! The price is more but is absolutely worth it for the quality you are receiving! Will be ordering more!
