Shipping and Returns

Echo Neon accepts returns and offers refunds and free returns for defective products. Echo Neon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault.

All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each design is as unique as you are! For custom pieces, cancellations cannot be accepted 24 business hours after payment is submitted. All sales are final once placed on the website.

Echo Neon indoor products come with a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used appropriately. Echo Neon splash-proof products come with a 3-month warranty on electrical components when used appropriately.

Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Echo Neon and the customer.

Cancellations or returns on custom orders can not be accepted 24 business hours after payment submission.

Please contact us at cs@echoneon.com to briefly explain which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video and photos of your sign. Please note that we require a video for diagnostic and quality purposes. We will be in touch to resolve the issue within 2 business days.

If a return has been agreed please note that the faulty item must be returned in its original condition with all of its original packagings.

If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Echo Neon within 14 days after delivery.

If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, Echo Neon Studio will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
