Shipping and Returns

Returned products must be in new condition, free of wear or damage and inside the original packaging.Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

To initiate a return, email us at cs@echoneon.com with with your original order number and reason for return. We may ask that you provide a photo of the item you wish to return before we can proceed with officially initiating your return.
We will send over a return label when you are ready to move forward. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

All our neon signs are handcrafted, making each design unique. Cancellations for custom pieces cannot be accepted after 24 business hours from payment submission. All sales are final once placed on the website.

Echo Neon indoor products come with a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used appropriately. Splash-proof products carry a 3-month warranty under the same conditions. Resolutions for faulty signs will be determined based on the source of the fault and in consultation with the customer.
