Shipping and Returns

Echo Neon offers free returns for defective products. Your neon sign or LED lamp is considered defective if it has any manufacturing faults or damages that affect its functionality or appearance, including faulty LED lights, significant color discrepancies, broken, or damaged components, faulty power supply.

Echo Neon accepts returns for non-defective products. Custom products are excluded from non-defective returns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product.

All our neon signs are handcrafted, making each design unique. Cancellations for custom pieces cannot be accepted after 24 business hours from payment submission. All sales are final once placed on the website.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@echoneon.com with a brief explanation of the product you wish to return and the reason. If a return is agreed, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If a full or partial refund is approved, we will inform you of the expected timeframe for receiving the refund.

Echo Neon indoor products come with a 12-month warranty on electrical components when used appropriately. Splash-proof products carry a 3-month warranty under the same conditions. Resolutions for faulty signs will be determined based on the source of the fault and in consultation with the customer.
