Each backboard is laser-cut to the exact shape of your design, not a generic shape trimmed to fit. The tubing is bent to match your letters and graphics, then sealed and tested before it ships.
How Much Do Custom Neon Signs Cost?
Price depends on four things:
Length of tubing in your design
More tubing means more material and more labor. Cursive script with long flowing strokes uses more tubing than tight block text of the same size.
Size of the sign
Bigger signs take more material and are longer to build.
Color options.
Single-color signs are the most affordable. RGB switchable and RGB dynamic signs cost more because of the additional electronics.
Backboard and treatment options
UV-printed backboards, colored or mirrored backing, splash-proof treatment, and oversized signs all add to the price.

Installation: How to Hang Your Custom Neon Sign
Every sign arrives pre-assembled, pre-wired, and ready to plug in. No electrician needed. Standard installation takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Power runs through a standard wall outlet. Use the included dimmer and remote for brightness and flash effects. Signs over about 94 inches ship on multiple backboards designed to mount side by side, which keeps them safer in transit and keeps your price down.

Yes. Echo Neon’s LED neon signs run on low voltage (12V), stay cool to the touch, contain no mercury or hazardous gases, and are safe for bedrooms, kids’ rooms, and businesses. Glass neon signs run on higher voltage and warm up more — best kept out of reach in homes with small children.
Standard signs are rated for indoor use. For outdoor or damp environments, select the splash-proof treatment when designing your sign. We don’t recommend leaving any sign exposed to direct rain without an overhang.
Yes. For logo or graphic-based designs, upload your file on the contact page and our team will send a free mockup within 24 hours. We can convert almost any font, business logo, or graphic into neon.
Echo Neon’s LED neon signs are rated for around 50,000 hours of use. At eight hours of use per day, that’s roughly 17 years. Glass neon signs typically last 10,000 to 15,000 hours and may need periodic professional servicing.
Every Echo Neon custom sign comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering electrical components when used as intended.
Yes, free standard shipping worldwide on every custom sign order. Standard delivery is 4 to 6 business days after production; expedited options are available at checkout.
Custom signs can’t be returned once production starts, because each one is built specifically for you. If your sign arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement under warranty.
