Can I have my sign in a different size? How big can my custom neon sign be?

Absolutely! Choose any size you want. Just send us a message via our contact page. The smallest letters we could do are approximately three inches tall, so the total size of your sign will depend on the font and length of the text you choose. Use our contact page to send a message about your needs. There is no maximum size limit.

Do you offer different fonts? Can a sign include a logo or other graphic?

Yes. We can replicate almost any font, including handwriting, signature, business logos, and images. Please contact us to share your unique vision and receive a custom quote.

What materials are the signs made with?

All of our Echo Neon signs are made with sturdy PVC, and energy efficient LED lights. Unlike Glass which can shatter our signs are child-safe, hard wearing and durable. Our LED lights use up to 90% less energy than other light sources, making our signs eco friendly as well as safe. Our lights do not use toxic gases or heat up to dangerous levels.

Will the sign buzz or make other noise?

Absolutely not. All of our signs are silent, which makes them a perfect addition to any room in the house.

Is hanging up the LED neon sign easy?

Yes. Every sign we make has a transparent contour cut acrylic back that is laser cut to the same shape as the sign. This backing is perfectly hidden behind the sign. The backing includes pre-drilled holes that make hanging/mounting it on a wall or other surface simple. Please contact us if you would like the backing in an alternative shape or color.

How long does custom neon signs creation take?

• Standard shipping takes 3 weeks from the order date. (This allows for 8-10 business days for production and 6-8 business days for shipping)
• Expedited shipping takes 2 weeks from the order date (This allows for 6-8 business days for production and 2-4 business days for shipping)

What do I need to hang the sign?

If you would like to wall mount your new neon sign, you’ll need our wall mounting kit. This Kit is included with your purchase of the sign. Additionally, you can also choose from the following items to help you hang your sign:
• Command strips
• Rope (Securely knotting recommended)
• Fishing wire (Heavy-duty wire recommended with a fisherman knot/s)

What is the LED neon tube attached to?

All Echo Neon custom neon signs come with a transparent laser-cut acrylic backboard, which is contoured to the sign shape or to any requested shape. The back of the sign could have any of the following effects: metallic, solid color, transparent or UV printed with an image.

We got a pink and green one and it looks amazing, the two colors cancel each other out for it to be too green or too pink. It’s really interesting what you can come up with using different color. Cotton Candy Heart Light

The most romantic light I've ever seen. Even cuter than the pictures. I couldn't decide on the color as they allowed you to choose from more than ten color options, but I'm happy with how the cotton candy turned out!
