Bought my neon light bar a couple months ago and I am very happy so far. Installation is easy, you just need a drill, a level and a pencil. You can also just lay this in a corner of the room if you wanted to. You have to download an app (provided as a QR code) to use all the features. App can be kind of slow to connect every time you open it, but I set mine to turn on and off automatically. (Pictures show whole desk set up with main lights on at 50% brightness, and off to show how bright it is. Definitely doesn't overpower other lights, but gives my whole room a nice glow by itself!

Great product! Fantastic luminous, and Neon tube light fixtures is easy to mount without an additional AC/DC power supply required for the installation and is more robust than traditional Neon light fixtures! Also interaction with the EchoNeon team is very top rate, if one comes across any problems with their product. Earlier, I had a problem with how their lights were enclosed for shipping, but after hearing my feedback and my problem they actually changed the size of their shipping containers to tighter tolerances and improved securing the ends of their new shipping tubes much better! High marks to the team at EchoNeon and their Products!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Let me first say the sign for my daughter’s wedding was perfect ! I had to reach out for extra piece to make it longer & they sent it to me free of charge. Fast forward a year later & the newlyweds are ready to hang the sign in their home but have lost a connecting piece to plug it into the wall. I contacted Echo Neon with no receipt, no date of purchase, ( I had a new email at this point) & within 2 hours they responded with my order number & how to go about getting the missing part !!!! I cannot sing enough praise for their quick, positive response!! I will gladly recommend this company & purchase again for our next wedding ❤️🙌

I'm editing my review to reflect the experience I had most recently with this company.I had an issue initially that was not resolved and gave them a poor rating. I had a neon sign that was not working and their initial response was poor, but upon writing a review the experience I had was excellent. They replaced my sign after a barrage of troubleshooting steps that did not solve the original issue. Based on my most recent experience I'm giving them 5 stars for the speed and manner in which my original issue was resolved.I was asked by the company to update my review to reflect my most recent experience and I agree that is fair, however updating my review was not required for resolution of the issue, and the company didn't ask me to consider changing my review as any part of the repair/replacement process, and it wasn't until my issue was fully resolved that I was asked to consider updating it to reflect my most recent experience, which I am happy to do.

So happy to find this company. We created our own custom sign for our pool room and are delighted with how it turned out! We added the remote feature which is great for dimming the light to our preferred brightness! Hubby built a box behind the Sinatra picture to house the cords so everything looks very custom! It arrived extremely well packaged and with zero damage. Just plug and play! Fantastic experience!

I got a quote from a couple different L.E.D. Neon sign companies and Echo Neon came in with the best price and most options. All communication was smooth and when the sign arrived a couple weeks later, it looked better than I had imagined. Whether lighted or unlighted, in the daylight or in the dark, it looks amazing. I got the dimmer switch as well and recommend the addition as it's helpful to get the exact light intensity you want. I most highly suggest considering Echo Neon for your L.E.D. neon sign needs : )

Can I have my sign in a different size or font? Can I use my own logo or graphic design?

Yes, of course! You can either directly upload your design file on the custom section above or send us your specifications on the CONTACT page so that we can create a file for you. We can transform almost any font, business logo, and graphics into neon art.

What materials are the signs made with?

All Echo Neon signs are made with high quality PVC, high optical acrylic and energy efficient LED modules. Our LED neon signs are child-safe and eco-friendly.

Do I need a mounting kit?

If you would like to wall mount your new neon sign, you’ll need the FREE screw kit or 3M command strips that come with your sign. Additionally, you can also choose from the following items to help you hang your sign:
• Standoff screws
• Hanging chains
• Fishing wires (Heavy-duty wire recommended with a fisherman knot/s)

I need my custom neon sign in a smaller size. Why is there a minimum size limitation?

For every design and every font, there is a respective minimum size due to the bending radii of the LED tubes and the placement of the LED strips inside. The minimum size for your design is calculated automatically by the custom neon sign smart generator. To ensure the brightness and shipping safety, there are maximum sizes for some of the signs as well. Oversized designs might be split into multiple parts, but will still flow together after being installed.

Is it easy for self-installation?

Our neon signs are specially designed to make the installation as intuitive as possible. All custom neon signs are pre-assembled, pre-wired and ready to use. Every sign we create comes with acrylic backboards which are laser cut to the exact shape of its respective letter. This includes pre-drilled eyelets that make hanging/mounting it on a wall or other surface simple.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production usually takes 5-7 business days and shipping takes another 4-6 business days. If you need to rush your order, please consider choosing the expedited shipping option at checkout.
